颈丛阻滞在颈椎前路手术中应用体会

摘　　要：目的探讨颈项前路手术的麻醉方法。方法回顾性总结5年颈椎前路手术麻醉60例,麻醉选用右侧颈深丛阻滞加左侧颈浅丛阻滞,麻药用1%利多卡因、0.25%布比卡因加1∶20万肾上腺素混合液,右侧12mL、左侧8mL,总麻药剂量20mL。结果57例阻滞效果满意,有3例阻滞不全,加用少量局麻药,无局麻毒性反应及全脊麻发生。结论右侧颈深丛阻滞加左侧颈浅丛阻滞是颈椎前路手术安全、可靠、良好的麻醉方法。Objective To analyse the anaesthesia way in anterior cervical spine surgery. Methods Durmg a o years period（2003 to 2007） ,60 patients accepted Anterior cervical spine surgery anaesthesia ,the method is deep cervical plexus block on the right and superficial cervical plexus block on the left. The medicines are mixed liquid with 1% lidocaine＋0.25 % bupicaine＋1：200 000 adrenalin, the total dosage is 20mL , 12mL on right and 8mL on left. Results 57 patients accepted effective anaesthesia ,3 patients didn＇t accepted ,but supplied local anesthetic . there were notoxicity and all spine anaesthesia. Conclusion Deep cervical plexus block on the right and superficial cervical plexus block on the left is a safe,effective anaesthesia method in the anterior cervical spine surgery.
