摘  要:合成了Amanda1168线型三环氧树脂及Amanda979B-1互穿网络固化剂,辅以具有自润滑性能的超硬非金属和金属填料及助剂等材料制成树脂合金复合防腐粉末涂料并用于油井管内表面。实验结果表明:树脂合金复合内涂层具有防腐、抗磨的双重作用,实现油井防偏磨的综合治理,能延长偏磨井生产周期2倍以上。Linear trifunctional Amandal168 epoxy resins and Amanda979B - 1 IPN curing agent were synthesized. By adding super- hard metal and non - metallic fills with self- lubricating properties and other addtives, resin - alloy composite anticorrosion powder coating was prepared and was applied to inner surface of oil well tube. The results showed that resin alloy composite coating had double effects of anticorrosion and antiwear . Comprehensive control for side wearing prevention of oil well was realized . The production cycle of side attrition wells was extended more than two times.
