摘　　要：我国的矿产资源整合经历了起始阶段、试点阶段、推行阶段,取得了明显成效。江西省的矿产资源整合具有典型性、代表性。其特点是领导重视、思路明确、类型完整、模式齐全、方式多样,今后的矿产资源整合工作,应适当延长对矿产资源整合的时间要求,总结矿产资源整合的经验,开展矿产资源整合的专题研究,制定矿产资源整合的部门规章或规范性文件。The integrating of mineral resources went through the beginning stages,trial stages,spreading stages and achieved remarkable success in China.The practice of integrating of mineral resource in Guangxi province is typical and representative.It has the next characteristics: the leaders pay attention to it,the train of thought is clear,the types and models are complete,the methods are various etc.The paper puts forward some proposals for the integrating work of mineral resources: we should prolong the allotted time of the integrating work of mineral resources,sum up the experience,carry out the research on special topics and lay down the regulations in the field of the integrating of mineral resources.
