摘　　要：行政强制执行是行政管理领域中一项极为重要的制度,是行政强制行为的重要组成部分,对于保证行政决定义务内容的实现,维护社会公共秩序具有重要作用。以行政强制执行为研究的逻辑起点,理性反思我国现行行政强制执行模式存在的问题及其原因,有助于从立法上加以更好地完善。As a very important system of administrative management, the arbitrary administrative execution remains an important part of the execution acts, and plays a critical role in guaranteeing the realization of the content obligatitions and safeguarding social order. Taking the enforcement as the logical starting point for research, the rational reflection of our country＇s existing administrative enforcement mode will contribute to improve its legislation.
