摘　　要：目的了解北京地区高校社区医院降压药物使用现状。方法对2007年3-10月北京18所高校社区医院采购的社区零差价药品中的降压药品种、购药金额、用药频度等数据进行统计分析。结果降压药物购药金额占总购药金额的23.85%。钙拮抗剂在降压药治疗中占主导地位。结论高校社区医院用药特点与大医院趋同。Objective To find out the application of anti-hypertension drugs in university infirmaries at Beijing area. Method Varieties, purchase expense and DDDs, etc. of anti-hypertension drugs were collected and analyzed among purchased community non-markup drugs in 18 university infirmaries in Beijing between March and October in 2007. Results The expense of anti-hypertension medicine is 23. 85% of total cost. Similar to the pattern in the major hospitals,calcium antagonists were most frequently prescribed. Conclusion The categories of anti-hypertension drugs prescribed in university community hospitals is similar to that of big hospitals.
