摘  要:采用二龄幼虫接种法对28份小麦及其近源属材料进行了南方根结线虫的接种鉴定。供试材料对南方根结线虫1号小种抗性表现出明显的差异,抗性与材料的染色体组型没有直接关系。燕麦材料中多数表现抗性;两个易变山羊草品种完全免疫;青稞材料中没有发现较强抗性材料;而小麦材料多数表现感性。推测小麦近缘属尤其是易变山羊草中蕴含着更多的对于南方根结线虫的抗性资源。初步筛选出0036、0089、0090等高抗性材料,以及0006、Z 16、0142、0146、0150等感病材料,为今后大规模筛选抗源材料,进一步开展远缘杂交,抗性基因的分子标记以及基因的转移、定位和克隆等提供了有用的遗传材料。28 representative wheat cultivars and its relatives were selected as experimental materials to identify their resistance to root-knot nematode using the inoculation method of the second stage juvenile root-knot nematodes. It is distinctly different that the resistance of tested materials to Meloidogyne incognita race 1 and it is not directly relative to each other between the resistance and karyotype. The results showed that the numerous oats are resistant to Root-knot Nematode (RKN) ,2 accessions ofAegilops variabilis are immune completelym, no nude barley was found highly resistant to RKN, and wheat are mostly sensitive. It was inferred that more resistance resources were possessed in wheat relatives especially in Aegilops variabilis than wheat. 0036,0089 and 0090 were high resistant to Root-knot Nematode and 0006,Z 16,0142,0146,0150 were sensitive. It offered useful genetic materials for the searching of resistance resources, distant hybridization, molecular marker, resistance transferring, mapping and cloning of resistant genes.
