摘　　要：总结15例紫杉醇与调强适型放疗同期治疗局部晚期鼻咽癌病人不良反应的护理,包括白细胞下降的护理、急性变态反应的观察及护理、胃肠道反应的护理、黏膜反应的护理、皮肤反应的护理、脱发的护理和肝功能异常的护理措施。Objective： To summarize nursing care of 15 nasopharyngeal carcinoma in advanced stage with local adverse reaction after undergoing paclitaxel and synchronized power- adjusting suitable type radiotherapy, including nursing care of white blood cell descent, observation and nursing care of acute anaphylaxis, gastrointestinal reaction nursing, mucosa reaction care, skin reaction nursing, and nursing measures of alopecia reaction and liver function abnormality.
