摘　　要：本文首先对水域荒漠化的定义和表现形式进行界定,分析我国水域荒漠化防治工作存在的几个主要问题,特别是从科学发展观的角度探讨水域荒漠化存在的深层次原因,提出做好水域荒漠化防治需处理几方面关系,即统筹其与经济社会发展、国家生态安全、渔业管理、国际发展趋势、国际多元化投入等关系,最后提出加强水域生态荒漠化防治的对策。The paper has defined the water area desertification and its expression. It analyzes several major issues existed in water area desertification protection. Especially, it studies the real reason of water area desertification in the view of scientific development. The paper has indicated the various relations needed to be deal with in the aspect of water area desertification protection, such as, development of economic and social affairs, safety of national zoology, fishery management, trend of international development, international multi-input, and so on. The paper has put forward the countermeasure to strengthen the prevention of water area desertification.
