脑安胶囊防治缺血性脑卒中疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:评价脑安胶囊防治缺血性脑卒中的效果。方法:选取我院门诊、住院40岁以上卒中危险因素暴露人群,在一般干预措施的基础上,治疗组加用脑安胶囊,通过脑血管血液动力学检测(CVHI)比较治疗前后血管血液动力学各指标变化及缺血性脑卒中发病率。结果:脑安胶囊治疗组2年后脑血管最小血流速度(Vmin)、平均血流速度(Vmean)、最大血流速度(Vmax)明显增高,外周阻力(RV)、特性阻抗(Zcv)、脉搏波波速(WV)、动态阻力(DR)和临界压(CP)明显下降,脑卒中发病率显著低于对照组(P<0.01),治疗效果明显优于对照组。结论:脑安胶囊能有效改善脑血管功能,降低缺血性脑卒中的发病率。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Naoan capsule in the prevention and treatment of cerebral arterial thrombosis. Methods Patients aged 40 or older with high risks of stroke were assigned to receive routine interventional therapy alone （control group）or combined with Naoan capsule （Naoan group）. Cerebral vascular hemodynamie indexes （CVHI） were detected before and after routine therapy and combined treatment. The incidence of eerebral arterial thrombosis was evaluated after treatment. Results Two years after treatment, minimal flow veloeity, mean flow velocity, and maximum flow velocity were obviously increased, whereas peripheral resistance, specific resistance, pulse wave velocity, dynamic resistance, and critical pressure were significantly decreased in Naoan group, as compared with those in the control group. The incidence of cerebral arterial thrombosis was markedly lower in Naoan group than in the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）, indicating a better efficacy of Naoan capsule. Conclusions Naoan capsule may effectively improve cerebral vascular function and reduce the incidence of cerebral arterial thrombosis.
