院区整治负向投入与正效应产出的研究

摘　　要：本文探讨了医院后勤保障负向投入的方法,一是抓总体规划投入;二是抓建设中注重负向投入;三是抓综合治理,美化环境中的负向投入;四是院区秩序治理中的负向投入。经过后勤保障的负向投入,为工作人员创造了各种好的条件,激活了工作人员内在因素,负向投入有利于稳定人心,安心医院工作;有利于吸引人才,为医院创造财富;有利于搞好科研,提高医院知名度;有利于吸引病人,为医院的良性发展创造条件。The paper presents a brief discussion on the methods of negative investment in hospital's rear service ensurance. These methods includes (1) an investment in general project. (2) a negative investment in hospital's construe - tion(3)a negative investment in beautifying and administering the hospital in a comprehensive way. (4) a negative invertment in straightening out the hospital's order. All these invertments will be conducive to creating all good working conditions, stabbzing and attracting all medical staffs, and enhancing their working enthusiasm.
