摘  要:磨矿工业流程具有多变量、强非线性、大时滞、时变性等综合复杂性及多个生产设备因矿浆而相互关联的复杂性,为进行其优化控制实验,开发了由优化计算机与监控计算机、ControlLogix控制器,虚拟执行与检测设备,以及虚拟磨矿过程对象组成的磨矿流程优化控制分布式半实物仿真平台。虚拟对象的仿真软件是基于磨矿分级过程动态模型,以便于实现动态优化控制。该平台可为研究磨矿流程先进控制技术以及产品粒度、能耗等生产指标的优化控制方法的研究提供便捷、可靠、直观的工程化验证环境。The mineral grinding process has integrated complexities (e.g. high nonlinearities, multivariable, large time-delay, time varying parameters) and the complexity from associations by slurry among many types of equipment. Thus a distributed hardware-in-loop grinding simulation platrorm was developed for its optimizing control experiments, which consists of a optimization computer, a supervisory computer, a set of ControlLogix manipulator, virtual instruments and actuators, the virtual optimizing control object. The simulation software in the virtual object is based on the dynamic models of grinding and classification process for the convenience of dynamic optimizing control. This simulation platform provides an appropriate, reliable and intuisionisc engineering experiment environment for the research of indices optimizing control and advance control of mineral grinding process.
