摘 要:通过模拟高温下金属的塑性变形过程,利用实验所得流变应力数据,建立能准确反映应变速率和流变应力的整体流变应力模型。并提出基于网格重构的数值分析方法,用于分析H型钢多道次热轧过程中轧件的微观组织演变过程,腹板处奥氏体晶粒较小,比较均匀;翼缘处奥氏体晶粒较大,不均匀。为轧制规程的制定提供依据。The process of metal plastic deformation at high temperature was studied by using Gleeble-1500 tester. So an integrated flow stress model reflecting the relation between the deformation rate, temperature and the flow stress accurately was developed based on the test results. Furthermore, a re-mesh technique was proposed to analyze the microstructure evaluation of the H-beam in the multi- pass hot rolling process. And the numerical results shows that the anstenite grain at the H-beam web was fine, but those at the H - beam flank were coarse. The result is valuable for making an optimal rolling schedule.
