摘　　要：介绍了莱钢1500热轧生产线热卷箱设备组成和主要功能,采用两套独立的液压控制系统分别控制入口、出口弯曲辊的升降,给出了弯曲辊辊缝计算模型。弯曲辊抬升速度采用分段控制,以适应弯曲辊辊缝的变化与卷径的变化相配。采用正弦曲线无芯移送钢卷。This article describes the equipment composition and main functions of hot coil boxes in Laigang 1500 hot rolling production line. Two sets of hydraulic control systems are used to separately control the upward and downward movement of the bending rollers at the inlet and outlet. The computation model of the bending roll gap is also provided in the paper. The segmentation control mode is taken for controlling the raising speed of the bending rollers in order to harmonize the change of the roll gap and coil diameter. Sine curve is used for transferring steel coil without using mandrel.
