摘 要:描述了飞剪机控制过程的四种模式,对飞剪在剪切区的剪切过程进行了分析,得出了飞剪剪刃运动偏差的来源及处理方法。根据飞剪机的速度控制曲线对其进行余弦补偿优化,以保证飞剪机剪切区域带材速度和剪刃的水平分速度的同步,给出了速度控制流程模型。该系统在宝钢某飞剪机上使用,效果良好。Four working models of flying shear control process are described in this article. On the basis of analyzing the cut process of the flying shear in cutting area, the origin of flying shear blade playing warp has been obtained and a way of dealing with it found. Cosine repairing and optimizing blade playing warp have been made according to the speed control curve of flying shear so as to ensure synchronization in speed of strip and blade in flying shear cutting area. The article also presents velocity control model. This control system has been used in a flying shear project in Baosteel and a good performance proves its work.
