基于Pro/E二次开发的多视图BOM生成与管理研究

摘　　要：BOM管理是实现企业信息集成的核心内容。介绍了Pro/Toolkit的对象模型及其使用方法。定义了BOM元的数据结构。基于Pro/Toolkit访问Pro/E的图形数据库提取产品零部件的属性信息和层次关系信息生成基础BOM。设计了多视图BOM映射过程中的BOM元操作,并给出了以基础BOM为单一数据源的多试图BOM映射方法。介绍了多视图BOM生成与管理系统的开发和应用,实践结果表明,该系统可有效提高企业信息系统的集成度。BOM management is the key point in the information integration of enterprise. The Pro/Toolkit object model and its usage are introduced. Data structure of BOM item is defined. Fundamental BOM which consists of component property and their layer informarion is generated by visiting the graphic modal database of Pro/E based on Pro/Toolkit. The operation on BOM item is designed, which is used in the BOM multi-views mapping process, and then the mapping method which employ Fundamental BOM as the unique data sorce is presented. BOM multi-views generation and management system is introduced. The practice proved that applying the system can efficiently promote the degree of information integration of enterprise.
