摘　　要：目的:探讨胃肠穿孔的B超声像图特征及B超检查对胃肠穿孔的诊断价值。材料与方法:对我院自2005年8月至2007年8月收治的胃肠穿孔32例患者的其B超图像进行分析总结。结果:32例患者中,26例(81.3%)患者探及腹腔内游离气体,30例(93.8%)患者探及少量至中等的腹腔内积液,5例(15.6%)患者发现局部包块,1例(3.1%)患者发现胃穿孔部位。结论:B超检查结合患者的临床表现、体片及X线检查,可以为临床提供可靠准确的依据。Purpose： To discuss the character of sonographic findings and the value of B - ultrasonography on diagnosis of gastrointostinal perforation. Materials and Methods： The date of 32 cases with gastrointestinal perforation from May 2004 to August 2007 came to our hospital were reviewed. Results： The positive rates of detection of celiac dissociate air, celiac accumulate liquid, inflammation mass and location of perforation were 81.3 %, 93.8 %, 15.6% and 3.1% respectively. Candusion： B- ultrasonography is sensitive on detection of gastrointestinal perforation, so it can be helpful in diagnosis this disease.
