摘  要:目的:利用原子吸收光谱法测定斑蝥体内铁、锰、铜、锌、砷和汞的含量。方法:采用火焰原子吸收光谱法和氢化物发生原子吸收法。结果:各元素线性关系良好,回归系数为0.9975~0.9998,方法精密度分别为2.3%~4.8%,0.84%~6.9%;回收率均为80%~120%。结论:建立斑蝥药材中微量元素的分析方法,方法准确、迅速、简便。Objective : To determination of trace metal elements ( Fe, Mn, Cu, Zn, As and Hg) in cantharis by atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods: Two methods for the determination by flame - atomic absorption spectrometry and hydride generation - atomic absorption spectrometry. Results: The standard curves were linear over working ranges and gave average correlation coefficients between 0. 9975 -0. 9998. The precisions were between 2. 3% -4. 8%. 0. 84% - 6.9% ,and the recoveries were between 80% -120%. Conclusion:The detection method of trace elements of the cantharis is established. The method is simple, rapid and sensitivity.
