摘　　要：目的:建立复方降压胶囊中利血平及盐酸异丙嗪含量的 HPLC 测定法。方法:采用 C_(18)为填充剂的 Diamonsil^(TM)(钻石)色谱柱(200mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),乙腈-水(41:59)用高氯酸调节 pH 至2.15±0.05为流动相,检测波长为268 nm。结果:利血平在3.84～15.36μg·mL^(-1)浓度范围内峰面积与浓度呈良好线性关系(r=0.9996),平均回收率为99.5%,RSD 为0.92%(n=9);盐酸异丙嗪在0.252～1.008 mg·mL^(-1)浓度范围内峰面积与浓度呈良好线性关系(r=0.9998),平均回收率为99.1%,RSD 为0.85%(n=9)。结论:本方法简便、准确、可靠。Objective：To establish an HPLC method for the content determination of Reserpine and Promethazine Hydrochloride in compound Capsules of Antihypertension. Method： Diamonsil^TMC18 column （200 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm） was adopted with acetonitrile - water（41 ： 59 ） （ adjusting the pH to 2. 15 ± 0.05 with Perchloric acid）as elute mixture and the detection wavelength was 268 nm. Results：There was a good linearity of Reserpine within the range of 3.84 - 15.36 μg · mL ^- 1 （ r = 0. 9996 ） , the average recovery was 99.5 % , RSD 0.92%（n =9）.The linear range of Promethazine Hydrochloride was 0.252 - 1.008 mg· mL^-1 （r = 0. 9998 ） , the average recovery was 99. 1% , RSD 0.85 % （ n = 9 ）. Conclusion ： This method is simple, accurate and precise.
