摘  要:为了有效降低像增强型CCD(ICCD)的噪声,提高系统信噪比并实现对图像噪声的评估。引入三维噪声数学模型,将ICCD输出数帧图像噪声按时间域和空间域划分为7项噪声。基于积分球光源系统建立了三维噪声测量系统,结合数字图像处理技术,经过试验统计和分析采用多帧积累设定波动阈值的办法有效地抑制了紫外成像仪关键器件ICCD的图像噪声,使图像噪声降低30%,信噪比提高57.6%。并应用三维噪声分析方法对噪声抑制前后的效果实现客观评价。三维噪声分析表明,该方法有效地降低了由于ICCD各种随机噪声而带来的时间域噪声,提高了ICCD输出图像的信噪比,同时也证明三维噪声分析法为评价微光成像器件的图像质量提供了一种可行方法。In order to reduce the noise of image intensified CCD(ICCD) and improve the S/N of the ICCD imager,this paper introduces 3-D noise nalaysis model method and divided inaage noise of ICCD into seven items according to temporal and spatial domain noises. A 3 D noise measurement system is built based on integrating sphere illuminating source. With digital image processing techniques,the noise is effectively suppressed in ICCD imaging system (UV imager) by accumulating multiframe and setting dynamic threshold value after lots of statistical determination and analysis. Through 3-D noise analysis and objective evaluation of the fore and after images,we get the result:30% of image noise is suppressed and 57.6% of signal- to-noise ratio is improved. 3-D noise analysis model indicates that this noise suppressing method effectively reduced the temporal noise due to random noises in ICCD imaging system and improved the S/N of ICCD imager. It also means that 3-D noise analysis model provides a feasible way to evaluate the imaging quality in low-light-level imaging devices.
