摘　　要：从结构体系和构造措施的影响及机理、建筑场地和地基、结构布置、非结构构件的抗震规定几方面阐述了砌体结构房屋抗震概念设计的基本原则和一般规律,对提高砌体结构的抗震能力具有重要意义。The basic principle and the general law of anti-seismic concept design of masonry structure building from the impact and mechanism of structure system and conformation measure, the construction site and foundation, structural layout and seismic requirements of non-structural components which are discussed in this paper. It has the important mearning to improve the masonry structure anti-seismic ability.
