摘　　要：在广泛调研的基础上,分析了我国农村科技服务体系改革和发展的制度背景,归纳总结出我国新型农村科技服务体系建设的基本经验:一是通过培育和发展多元化农村科技服务主体,推动农村科技服务体系微观基础再造;二是探索出"以模式创新带动体系建设"的发展路径,进而提出加快推进新型农村科技服务体系建设的建议。On the base of investigation,this paper analysed institutionalization background of China new rural assistive technology service system, summarized experience of constructing China＇ new rural assistive technology service system. First, train and develop pluralism new rural assistive technology service main part in order to develop reforging new rural assistive technology service system. Second, find out develoment distinctive paths of service mode innovation driving development and then propose the suggestions of speeding up new rural assistive technology service system.
