摘　　要：介绍了炼钢厂超低头板坯连铸机工艺设备改进的主要内容,通过新增一台拉矫机、改造拉矫机减速机等设备及一系列工艺改进,减少了设备故障率,在稳定质量的前提下提高了铸机的平均拉速和作业率,达到提高板坯连铸机生产能力的目的。The main contents of the tehcnology and equipment improvement of ultra low -head were introduced. By adding a new strenghtening mechine, reforming the reductor of the strenghtening mechine and improving a series of processes, the failure rate of the equipments was reduced. Based on stablizing the quality, improving the average casting speed and work rate of the caster, the capacity of the slab continuous caster was improved.
