摘　　要：针对石灰竖窑生产的工艺要求,结合生产实际设计了一套以西门子S7-300为PLC的自动控制系统,实现了石灰竖窑生产的自动监控与管理。实际运行表明,该系统具有控制精度高、可靠性好、成本低等特点,满足实际生产的要求。According to the production technological requirement of the lime shaft kiln, an automatic control system based on Siemens S7 -300 PLC was designed. The automatic monitoring and management of the production of the lime shaft kiln were realized. The practice running showed that the system has good control accuracy, high security and low price. It met the requirement of practical production.
