邻羟基苯乙醚的气相色谱分析研究

摘　　要：用2.5%的OV-17,长度为1m的不锈钢填充柱,以对氯硝基苯为内标物,在120℃柱温下,用FID检测器对邻羟基苯乙醚进行气相色谱定量分析,其线性相关系数为0.9999,该方法的标准偏差和变异系数分别为0.14%、0.15%,平均回收率为99.96%。2-Ethoxyphenol was analyzed by gas chromatography with flame ionization detection on φ 2.5mm×1m stainless steel column packed with 2.5% OV-17 chromosorb W-HP （80-100 mesh）. The column temperature was 120℃. The inner standard was 4-chloronitrobenzene with reserve time 1.73 min. The linear relationship with correlation coefficient 0.9999 was very good. The standard deviation and coefficient of variation were 0.14% and 0.15% respectively. The recovery was 99.96%.
