摘　　要：针对SECAM制电视信号的特点,本文提供了一种的数字化解调的实现方案。完成了对解调算法的理论阐述和数学推导,并根据推导出的数学模型在Matlab平台下进行软件设计。仿真结果证明了算法的有效性。Based on the characteristics of SECAM video,a full digital method is introduced to show the decoder of SECAM video. The expatiation of theory and the deduction of equations are accomplished. The software is designed on the Matlab platform with the mathematical model. Computer simulation and experi ment prove the feasibility of this implementation approach.
