摘  要:针对山西天脊煤化工集团有限责任公司引进德国Steinmuller公司生产的225t/h自然循环粉煤炉运行过程中,省煤器对流管束磨损严重、排烟温度高、热损失大及合成氨扩能改造后锅炉给水温度提高,个别工况下热力参数偏离设计值等问题,在综合分析研究的基础上对省煤器及过热器对流管束受热面实施技术改造。经改造后对流管束磨损明显减轻,锅炉运行稳定,经济效益显著提高。To counter the problems raised during the operation of the 225 t/h natural cycling pulverized coal boiler produced by Germany Stein Muller Company in Shanxi TianJi Coal Chemical Group Co., Ltd, i.e., the convection sheaf badly worn by coal economizer, high temperature of exhausted gas, big heat loss as well as the fact that after the revamp for capacity expansion, the temperature of the boiler feed water was increased and the heating power parameters deviated from the designed value in some individual operating conditions, etc., technical revamp was implemented to the heated surfaces of coal economizer and superheater convection tubes. After the revamp, the attrition to the convection tubes was reduced obviously, the boiler is under stable operation and the economic results were obviously improved.
