摘  要:目的:观察冰片对卡马西平(CBZ)及10,11-环氧化卡马西平(ECBZ)在小鼠体内分布的影响。方法:CBZ和冰片灌胃给药,高效液相色谱法检测小鼠血浆和脑、心、肾、肝、脾、肺、脂肪、骨骼肌等组织中CBZ及ECBZ的浓度,并计算有关的药动学参数。结果:合用冰片使CBZ在脑、肺、肝、脾等组织前60min内的含量明显增高,在血浆、脑、骨骼肌、脾、脂肪组织的相对摄取率(Re)和峰浓度比(Ce)均大于1。ECBZ在血浆、心、脑、肝、肾、脾、肌肉、脂肪组织前60min内的含量也明显增高,在脑、骨骼肌、脾、脂肪组织的Re和Ce均大于1。结论:冰片可提高CBZ和ECBZ在小鼠各组织中分布的靶向性。Objective: To evaluate the effect of borneol and 10, 11-epoxide carbamazepine(ECBZ) in mice. Methods: on the distribution of carbamazepine(CBZ) After ig administration of CBZ alone or combined with borneol in mice, the concentration of CBZ and ECBZ in different tissues was determined by HPLC. Results: In the CBZ-borneol combination group, the concentrations of CBZ in brain, lung, liver and spleen were increased within 60 min after achninistration. And the Re and Ce of CBZ in plasma, brain, muscle, spleen and fat were increased to above 1. The concentrations of ECBZ in plasma, heart, brain, liver, kidney, spleen, muscle and fat were also increased within 60 min after achninistration. And the Re and Ce of ECBZ in brain, muscle, spleen and fat were also increased to above 1. Conclusion: Borneol can change the distribution of CBZ and ECBZ in mice, and can enhance the concentration of CBZ and ECBZ in the brain of mice.
