摘　　要：介绍了盖板零件的结构工艺,分析了零件上的4个螺纹孔的工艺要求,针对4个螺纹孔的加工,通过采用专用的夹具,简化了生产零件的模具结构,实现了零件产品的最终要求,保证了质量,同时也提高了效率、降低了成本。Introduced the structure process of the capping plate, analyzed four threaded holesprocess request, adopted the special clamp to machining the four threaded holes. Simply the die structure of the part production, realized the final request of the part, ensured the quality of the part, at the same time, increased the efficiency and reduced the cost.
