摘　　要：通过分析明清山陕商人在甘肃的经贸活动,论述了明清以来山陕商人在甘肃进行会馆建设的基本情况;并进一步评述了这种经贸活动和会馆建设对于推动明清甘肃商品经济和市场经济因素的增长、加强中西部区域经济文化交流的积极作用。Analysis is made of Shaanxi merchants＇ economic and trade activities in Gansu during Ming and Qing Dynasties. A Description is also made of the basic situation of the merchants who set up guild hall in Gansu, with further discussion about its positive role of the economic and trade activities in Gansu in promoting commodity economy, growth of market economy and strengthening the exchanges between central and western regions＇s economics and culture.
