常熟市男性居民胃癌发病与饮食因素关系的病例对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]探讨常熟市居民饮食因素与胃癌发病的关系。[方法]收集2005年8月至2006年8月常熟市常住居民中经市级以上医院确诊的男性原发胃癌新病例202例为病例组,在其居住地按1∶1配对选取非胃癌居民,用13个可能与胃癌发病有关的饮食因素进行单因素和多因素条件Logistic回归分析。[结果]单因素分析结果,多吃腌菜(近10年和10年前)、多吃咸鱼咸肉(近10年和10年前)、近10年口味偏咸、三餐不按时是胃癌发病的危险因素(P<0.01或<0.05),多吃新鲜蔬菜(近10年和10年前)是胃癌发病的保护性因素(P<0.05)。多因素条件Logistic回归分析结果,三餐不按时和10年前多吃腌菜是胃癌发病的危险因素,10年前多吃新鲜蔬菜为胃癌发病的保护因素。[结论]多吃腌菜、多吃咸鱼咸肉、口味偏咸、三餐不按时是胃癌发病的危险因素,多吃新鲜蔬菜是胃癌发病的保护性因素。[Objective] To study the relation of diet factors and stomach cancer in Changshu. [Methods] 202 masculine primary cases newly-diagnosed with stomach cancer from August 2005 to August 2006 in Changshu was matched 1 ： 1 with normal population controls in identical area, 13 diet factors related possibly with stomach cancer morbidity were used in single factor analysis and muhiple condition Logistic regression analysis, [Results]The results of single factor analysis indicated that salt system vegetables taking in many （near ten years and ten years ago）,salty fish and meat taking in many （near ten years and ten years ago）,salty flavoring and irregular eating time were risk factors for stomach cancer. In contract, fresh vegetables taking in many （near ten years and ten years ago） were protective factors for stomach cancer. Multiple conditional logistic regression analysis showed that irregular eating time and salt system vegetables taking in many ten years ago were risk factors for stomach cancer, while fresh vegetables taking in many ten years ago was a protective factor for stomach cancer. [Conclusion]Salt system vegetables taking in many, salty fish and meat taking in many, salty flavoring and irregular eating time were risk factors for stomach cancer, In contract, fresh vegetables taking in many was a protective factor for stomach cancer,
