2005年河南省部分儿童青少年皮脂厚度检测资料分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解河南省儿童青少年皮下脂肪发育现状及其变化规律。[方法]对2005年河南省15个省辖市学生体质调研中上臂部及肩胛部皮脂厚度资料进行分析。[结果]城区调查男生12149人、女生12112人，乡村调查男生12235人、女生12214人。上臂部皮脂厚度，城乡男生均在7～11岁随年龄的增长呈缓慢增长趋势，城乡女生均随年龄的增长而增加；城区男生各年龄组均高于乡村，女生6～18岁均高于乡村（P〈O．01）；肩胛角部皮脂厚度，城乡男生7～11岁、女生各年龄均随年龄的增长而增长；城区男生各年龄组均高于乡村，女生6～18岁均高于乡村（P〈0．05或〈0．01）。[结论]与1995年比较，河南省儿童青少年皮下脂肪厚度明显增加。[Objective]To investigate the subcutaneous fat growth present situation and the development regulation of children and adolescents in He＇nan province. [Methods]Analysis was made on the material of upper arm and scapular de- partment skinfold thickness which was obtained from the student physical survey of 15 cities of He＇nan province in 2005. [Results]12 149 male students and 12 112 female students from urban district were investigated, besides 12 235 male students and 12 214 female students from countryside were investigated. Upper arm department skinfold thickness, both urban and rural male students showed the slow growth movement in 7-11 year old of year-old age＇s growth, the city and countryside girls increased along with the age growth. Male students age groups were all higher than those in rural, 6-18 years old girls were higher than those in rural（ P 〈0.01）. Scapular angle skinfold thickness, all male students of 7-11 years old and all girls were higher and higher along with age growth. Male students age groups were all higher than those in rural,6-18 years old girls were higher than those in rural（ P〈0.01 or P 〈0.05）. [Conclusion]Compared with 1995, the skinfold thickness of children and adolescents in He＇nan province has increased obviously.
