复方党参与尼群地平改善高海拔地区人脑功能的对比研究

摘　　要：目的：为研究筛选药物预防和改善高原低氧对人脑功能的损害，我们于1996年4～6月随机选择居住海拔5380ml年的20名青年官兵，分组服用复方党参片和尼群地平的临床对比测验；方法：采用DX—A型电脑多项心理测试仪对服药前后的2组青年分别进行了测验，用t检验进行统计学处理；结果：复方党参组服药后与服前比较：视听简单反应（TESTI）、视觉反应和瞬态记忆（TEST）相差非常显著（P＜0．01）。尼群地平组服药后与服药前比较：视听闻单反应（TEST1）、动作频率（TEST3）相差非常显著（P＜0．01）。复方党参组服药后与尼群地平组服药后比较：视觉反应和决态记忆（TEST4）相差非常显著（P＜0．01），两组服药前比较（P＞0．05）；结论：两种药物对低氧性脑功能损害均有明显的减轻和改善，复方党参组对低氧性脑功能损害的减轻和改善作用优于尼群地平组。两药合用其作用是否优于单药使用，有待于进一步探讨。Objective:To study the medicine of preventing and improving the damage of brain function inhigh altitude hypoxia-induced. Methods:They,twenty young officer and men who had settled inhighland (5 380m above sea level)for one year and had been grouped to take Dangshen mixtureand nirthen,had been tested when they didn't take the two kinds of medicine and then they took itdifferently by Dx-A Multiple Computer psychological test from April to June 1996. Deal withthem by t-test of statistics. Results:Compare with the effects before and after taking Dangshenmixture the visuoauditory simple reaction (testl), visual reaction and intantaneons memory(test4) had a obvious difference(P＜0.01). Compare with the effects before and after taking Nitrodipine. The visuoauditory simple reaction(testl) and action frequency (test3)were obvious difference (P＜0.01). The visual reaction and the insantaneous memory (test4)in Dangshen group were difference compare with the other group (P＜0．01). Conclusions: Two medicine could improve and reduce the damage of brain function highland hypoxia-induced,Dangshen mixture issuperior to Nitrendipine. The effect which takes two specie of medicine together whether more supervior to single medicine,remain to go on progressive study.
