摘  要:利用Dynaform软件模拟流线形铝制品零件的拉深成形过程,得出冲压成形的FLD图,并优化板料形状和工艺参数避免产生缺陷。分析了成形工艺参数对成形质量的影响,制定了铝制品零件的冲压工艺方案。实际生产的产品无缺陷,满足质量要求。The drawing process of a streamlined aluminum part was simulated by using the three-dimensional sheet metal forming analysis software Dynaform, and FLD figures of the punching process. The blank shape and process parameters were optimized to eliminate de- fects, and the process parameters' effects on the quality of the forming products were analyzed. The punching process for this aluminum part was determined. The produced parts had no forming defects, and had met the quality requirements.
