摘 要:分析了电器支架零件的结构工艺性和冲压工艺,介绍了零件的工步方案、模具的总体结构、主要零部件的设计。该零件的结构包含向下、向上和侧向弯曲,设计时对工序的布置进行了精细地考虑,以保证零件的尺寸精度。零件的外形采用分级冲裁,充分考虑凸模的强度和加工的便利。该模具具有结构紧凑、加工制造容易、工作平稳、操作简便、生产效率高的特点。The characteristics of the structure and the punching process of the electric appliance support were analyzed. The process scheme, the general structure of the die, and the design of the key parts were also introduced. Upward bending, downward bending and side bending are included in forming this part structure, so the layout of the process was arranged carefully to guarantee the dimensional precision. The part was punched progressively in consideration of strength of the punch and its convenience to machine. This die has many advantages such as with compact structure, easy to machine, smooth in working, easy to operate and with high production efficiency.
