摘　　要：通过对手电筒开关座冲裁工艺分析,针对要在级进模中完成异形槽拉深的难题,制定了合理的冲压工艺方案。介绍了模具结构设计中的一些特点,对模具主要零部件的制造工艺作了介绍。该级进模在冲裁工艺及模具结构设计方面的特点,可供类似零件的模具设计参考。By analyzing the punching process of the flashlight switch base, and appropriate process was determined targeted to tackle the drawing problem of abnormal groove. Some characteristics of the die structure were introduced and the manufacturing processes of the main parts of the die were presented. The characteristics of this punching process and progressive diestructure can provide reference for the die design of similar parts.
