摘  要:通过研究线切割加工中影响加工表面质量的各种现状不稳定因素,详细地分析和讨论线切割加工中的断丝现象、不稳定放电间隙以及工作液质量等问题。提出了合理选择电参数,降低断丝故障,优化工作液浓度的配制等一些具体有效措施,以确保稳定地放电加工。Various factors affecting the stability of the surface quality in WEDM were researched. Some unstable factors, such as the wire breaking phenomenon, unstable discharging gap, as well as the quality of operating fluid were analyzed and discussed in detail. Many effective measures were proposed to guarantee a stable wire cutting machining process. They were the rational selection of electrical parameters, reducing wire breaking, optimizing the concentration of operating fluid and so on.
