摘  要:对143例肺炎患儿进行了血清、血浆及红细胞中锌、铜、铁、钙、镁等5种元素含量测定比较。结果表明:1.血清及血浆中的锌、铁、钙含量均显著降低,血清铜含量显著升高;而红细胞中5种元素含量变化无差别。提示肺炎患儿血液中的这种低锌、低铁、高铜的代谢调节关系符合“营养免疫”机理。2.血清、血浆及红细胞中的锌/铜比值均显著降低,说明锌/铜比值变化的观察优于锌、铜单项指标。3.肺炎组的血清与血浆中5种元素含量相比无差别,说明两组检测指标可以通用。The study involved 143 children Patients with pneumonia Five elements were measured and compared, including Zinc(Zn),Copper(Cu), Iron(Fe), Calcium (Ca) and magnesium in serum, plasma and intraerythrocyte The result showed:1 The content of Zn Fe and Ca in serum and plasma were obviously decreased, the serum Cu were obviously increased, but there were no disparity of change among the content of the five intraerythrocytic elements The mentioned above indicates: the metabolic regulative relations of the low Zn, low Fe and high Cu in the blood of children with pneumonia accord with the mechanism of “nutritional immunity” 2 The ratio of Zn to Cu in serum,plasma and intraerythocyte were evidently decreased This indicated that to observe the change of the Zn/Cu ratio is superior to the single indexes of Zn and Cu 3 There were no disparity between the plasma and serum content of the five element in pneumonic children So these two indexes could be interchangeably used
