摘  要:目的:探讨改进检测X染色质的方法。方法:以在校学生的口腔黏膜细胞为材料,分别用石炭酸复红染液直接涂片法和吉姆萨染液扣染法显示X染色质。结果:石炭酸复红染液染色直接涂片法操作简单,用时短,阳性检测率低;吉姆萨染液扣染法操作稍复杂,用时稍长,阳性检出率高,但由于课堂时间限制,中职学生的课堂教学中不易推广。讨论:应用改进的人类性染色质检测方法,可以准确检出性染色质。Objective:To improve the detection method of human sex :With the oral mucosa cells on the school students as observation materials,the carbolic acid complex direct smear red dye staining method and Giemsa staining dye deduction were used to show X chromatin.Results:The carbolic acid complex direct smear red dye staining method was simple,with short time for operation and a low rate of positive test;while Giemsa staining dye deduction was slightly complicated,with longer time for operation and a higher rate of positive test.However, the students of polytechnic school in the classroom teaching were difficult to be promoted due to the limited time in classroom.Conclusion: Using the improved detection method of human sex chromatin can accurately detect the sex chromatin.
