云南灯盏花注射液时效、量效及症效关系临床探讨

摘　　要：分析了灯盏花注射液２０ｍｌ，静脉推注和静滴各２００例，对其时间与疗效，剂量与疗效，症状与疗效等３效关系进行初步探讨。结果表明该药是目前有效的活血化瘀型中成药，适于急救及常规静脉输液。对各种缺血性疾病及伴有明显微循环障碍性疾病，有较好疗效。Yunnan Denzhan Flower in jections were used for treatment of verious relative diseases, and ideal therapeutic effects were obtained Dengzhan Flower injection 20ml were applied in 200 cases slowly intra renously and venousdroping respecti rely Their relationships between time and effect, dosage and effect, and symptom and effect were explored The results showed this drug was an effective promoting circulation and discutient pooling type maked up Chinese traditional drug It can be applied for emergent cases and reutine intravenous injection The therapeutic effects of this drug for various ischemic diseases and the diseases with remarkable disorders of microcirculation are better
