侧柏叶炮制前后鞣质的含量测定

摘　　要：目的比较侧柏叶生品和炭品中鞣质的含量。方法采用2005版《中华人民共和国药典》鞣质含量测定方法,即磷钼钨酸-干酪素比色法,以没食子酸为对照,测定侧柏叶生品和炭品中的鞣质含量。结果线性范围为0.026～0.26 mg(r=0.999 4),平均加样回收率为97.85%,RSD=1.07%(n=9)。结论该方法结果可靠,可用于侧柏叶生品及炭品的鞣质含量测定。Objective To compare the tannin contents of Platycladus orientalis （L.） Franco and its carbonisatus. Method A tungsten molybdophosphate-casein colorimetric method was used with gallic acid as reference substance. Results The standard curve in the range of 0.026-0.26 mg （r =0.9994）, and the average recovery rate was 97.85%, RSD = 1.07% （n=9）. Conclusion The method is reliable and can be used to determine the tannic of and its different processed products.
