低剂量螺旋CT在颌面外伤中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨低剂量螺旋CT在颌面外伤中的应用,评估其图像质量。方法:对21例受检者在行常规剂量(160 mAs)螺旋CT扫描后,在骨折区行低剂量(30 mAs)螺旋CT扫描;由2名医师盲法评价图像质量,并进行统计学处理。结果:低剂量螺旋CT骨窗图像质量与常规剂量螺旋CT图像相比差异无显著性(P>0.05),可以满足诊断需要。结论:低剂量螺旋CT扫描在颌面外伤中的应用是可行的,可以保证图像质量并有效地保护病人。Objective：To explore the feasibility of the Low-dose spiral CT scanning for maxiUofacial fractures.Methods：To perform low-dose （30mAs） CT scanning after having routine standard-dose （160mAs） CT scanning examination. CT images were evaluated by two doctors using blind method,and were analyzed statistically.Results：Low-dose spiral CT images were fully readable,which was no significant difference compared with standard dose images（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：Low-dose spiral CT scanning of maxillofacial fractures is feasible. It can guarantee the imaging quality with proper employment.
