摘 要:文中对火炮悬挂系统进行了测试及应力计算分析。悬挂系统内部零件的应力难以直接测试。文中利用线位移传感器、角位移传感器测试火炮悬挂系统中缓冲弹簧和扭转杆的位移,测试数据经过处理后,用于应力计算,得出火炮悬挂部分各主要零件的应力。利用加速度传感器测试火炮关键部位的振动加速度,测试数据经过处理后,用于分析火炮行军强度,校正动力学参数。依据这些参数并参考火炮验收技术条件中规定的振动冲击界限,最终确定火炮在各种强化路面上牵引试验速度。This article is about the testing and strain calculation and analysis of artillery suspension system, while it is difficult to directly test the strain of the internals of suspension system. By using linear displacement sensor and angular displacement sensors, the author detected the replacement of buffer spring and torque rod in artillery suspension system, and after processing the data obtained is applied in strain calculation to get the strain of major internals of suspension system. Detecting vibration acceleration of key parts of artillery with use of acceleration sensor, then process data obtained and apply to analyze the marching strength of artillery and adjust dynamies parameters. And then determine the artillery speed in drawbar test of various intensified road according to those parameters and with reference to shock and vihration limits prescribed in artillery technical acceptance eonditions.
