摘　　要：对经济型酒店进行价值工程可行性研究,利用价值工程原理对其进行定量分析,提出经济型酒店需要重点改善的服务功能,使业主站在消费者的立场上以最低的成本最大限度地满足顾客的功能需求。The article conducts the feasibility study of value engineering to the budget hotel, uses the principle of value engineering to carry on the quantitative analysis to it and proposes the service functions that need key improvement of the budget hotel to meet the function needs of customers furthest by the lowest cost in the standpoint of customers.
