摘　　要：自主创新能力是我国企业继续发展和参与全球竞争的关键因素。近几年来,我国企业自主创新能力不断加强,但与发达国家企业相比还有一定差距,存在机构不健全、投入不足、缺少核心技术和自主品牌以及科技成果转化率底等问题。促进企业自主创新已成为政府工作的一项重要内容,完善政府采购是促进企业自主创新的一个重要途径。The ability of independent innovation is the key factor of enterprises＇s continuing development and participation in the globale competition . In recent years, China＇s enterprises continuously strengthen the ability of independent innovation, but compared with the developed countries there is still a certain gap between the enterprises, there are less than sound, investment is insufficient, the lack of core technologies and independent brands, as well as scientific and technological achievements, such as conversion rate at the end of the problem. Promoting enterprise independent innovation work of the government has become an important part,of improving the business of government procurement to promote independent innovation is an important way.
