摘　　要：随着我国经济的蓬勃发展,我国已经成为全球风险投资的"焦点"战场,我国的风险投资市场风云再起。首先对我国风险投资业的发展现状进行了深入的研究,然后指出了我国风险投资发展中存在的主要问题,最后从五个方面提出了促进风险投资的发展建议。With the thriving and prosperous of economy, our country has already become a ＂focus＂ of the whole world＇s venture capital and it is prevalence to invest in our country＇s venture capital market. First of all,the present situation of our country＇s Venture Capital Industry was deeply studied.Then, the chief problems existing in the development of this industry were pointed out. Finally, some suggestions were recommended to promote the development of our country＇ s Venture Capital Industry.
