摘 要:本文完成了72个商品混凝土的后装拔出和预埋拔出试验,分类描述了试验现象;基于试验结果,建立了精度满足标准要求、适用于黑龙江省强度等级为C15~C50的商品混凝土后装拔出法和预埋拔出法两类测强曲线,并为修订全国混凝土测强曲线提供了参考依据;应用Mohr—Coulomb准则.由拔出体破坏面推导出测强公式,从而锯释了拔出法确立混凝土强度和混凝土立方体强度有良好相关性的基本原因;讨论了检测混凝土强度的后装拔出法的破坏机理。72 post - embed - pullout tests are applied to the commercial concrete cubes, and the test phenomena are analyzed. Based on calculation to the testing data of pullout force, the concrete strength conversion curves by post - embed - pullout method are applicable to C15 - C50 in Heilongjiang Province are setup. Its related coefficients and relative standard can meet the requirement, and as a reference to national concrete strength conversion curve. The modified Mohr- Coulomb failure theory is used on the base of curving faihlre surface, the concrete strength conversion calculation formula is derived; Good correlation between the data of pullout force and cube strength is explained. The paper presents the destruction mechanism of pull - out method in concrete property test.
