山区农村聚落空心化的初步研究

摘　　要：与平原或低丘陵地区相比,黄土丘陵地区农村聚落空心化表现出农村聚落空心化比例较高、新扩带与空化带的界限相当模糊、新建住房沿交通线和山脚展布、破坏和浪费的土地数量更多等特点。农村聚落空心化不仅破坏了农村聚落生态环境,而且加剧了黄土丘陵地区的水土流失,也使以窑洞景观为典型特征的村镇形态有消失的危险。农村聚落空心化涉及农村社会经济的许多方面,因此其对策研究要重视在农村聚落空心化的生命周期与中国城市化的背景下,从多层次多角度深入地揭示农村聚落空心化的时空变化特征和本质规律,为建设社会主义新农村提供科学依据。Rural settlement hollowization in loess hill area in northwest Shanxi Province has some characteristics： the proportion of unoccupied houses in rural hollowization settlement is high,the borderline between new expanding zone and core-zone is blurry,new houses are customarily scattering in the foots of loess hill or along the main roads,and large area of land have been devastated,comparing with rural settlement hollowization in plain or low hill areas.Rural settlement hollowization in loess hill area have not only destroyed the ecoenvironment of rural settlements,but also caused the intensive loss of water and soil as well as disappearance of landscape of loess cave-houses.Rural settlement hollowization is correlative with all of the social and economic aspects of the rural areas in China.Therefore,the study on countermeasures to control the trend of rural settlement hollowization must attach importance to integration of problems of the rural areas. For the future,the study on the time and space process model,and the essential laws of rural settlement hollowization that has life-period of itself in the background of fast urbanization in China,should be regarded highly.Based on the analysis of rural settlement hollowization from more levels and more angles,researchers should offer some effective decision-making supports for construction of socialism new rural settlement.
