摘  要:在分析精密电阻焊原理和特点的基础上,提出了一种负极组件高速自动焊接机,对其焊接电源、电极材料、电极形状、结构形式、控制方式和焊接质量进行了详细研究分析,实验证明其焊接速度高,焊接质量稳定可靠,已成功应用于生产,大大提高了碱锰电池负极组件的生产效率。It presents a high-speed automatic welding device for battery negative components based on the analysis of principles and characteristics of resistance welding.The paper also provides the detailed analysis of welding power supply ,electrode materials, electrode shape ,structure of antomatic welding device ,controlling method and welding quality.Experiments has proven that the proposed technology is high speed, has reliable and stable welding quality. After the successful use in production, the production efficiency of negative components for alkaline battery has been greatly improved.
