摘　　要：汽车制动元件性能的好坏关系到汽车驾乘人员的安全,因此在制造装配过程中需进行在线检测。为了提高检测的实时性和可靠性,文章提出了在检测过程中加入实时数据库系统的设计方法。该系统采用开放源代码的实时数据库FastDB进行设计。Automotive Brake Components has a bearing on the performance of the car safety,So in manufacturing assembly process required for online testing..In order to improve the monitoring of real-time and reliability,it proposed joins the real-time database system in the examination process the design method, This system uses the opening source code real-time database FastDB to carry on the design.
