摘　　要：分析了采用电弧喷涂进行修复的工艺过程,建立了零件修复涂层的工艺尺寸链,得出了修理尺寸、喷涂涂层尺寸及残留涂层厚度的计算公式,通过对余量的精确计算来降低零件修复的劳动量和成本。Based on technical process of Arc Spraying for repairing automobile part,technical dimension chain for repair coating is found in. Also calculation formula on reparative dimension of part, coating dimension of arc spraying and remained coating thickness are introduced. Thus work of part repair and cost is reduced while machining dimension is precisely calculated.
